All Periods - Week of August 31st

On Monday and Tuesday we will be taking the Pearson Benchmark Test. This test is given 3 times a year to all 6th grade students. It is not part of their grade, but used to see the progress students make during the year.

All students should have brought home their math book. This book is to remain at home for the duration of the year.

Students also should have had their 1st Weekly Work Sheet signed by their parents or guardians.

New School Year

Greetings,
We are going to have a great year. You will find that this blog is going to be a great help for both you (students) and your parents.

On this blog I post the homework, attach worksheets (so even if you forget one at school, you can print it at home), and announce tests and other items as needed. This means losing your worksheet or forgetting what the homework covers will not be a valid excuse. Since you will have a book at home and one is available on-line, you can even keep up if you miss a day or two.

There may also be extra parts of the blogs. Sometimes I will give extra credit, or the answers to homework or worksheets, you'll never know what unless you check it out.
